At the end of a cook

cycle, does the conveyor

belt discharge properly?

Improperly installed. Discharge chute is not properly in

place.

Belt hanging up. Conveyor belt is catching on another

item, i.e. ash scraper, loader ramp, flame arrestor.

Loose drive chain. Deflection of chain should be

approximately 3/16".

Faulty capacitor. Test conveyor motor capacitor for

fault.

Faulty relay. Ensure conveyor motor relay is closing.

Replace relay if conveyor motor running nonstop.

Faulty Controller. Ensure Controller is signaling to

energize the conveyor motor relay.

Loose motor sprocket. When tightening, ensure motor

sprocket is orientated the same way as the shaft

sprocket.

Faulty conveyor motor. Test conveyor motor for fault.
